Great piece Justin, I came across this in a random Google search. I will give a disclaimer that I'm building in this space so I'm biased but this framework applies just as well to cleanup work. Everyone's focused on automating how new stuff gets shipped into Salesforce, but nobody's tackled how to automatically remove old stuff (stale leads, dead records, unused fields) at the same speed. Curious how you're thinking about this in your own org. Even with the discipline you've built, agent velocity has to be creating some accumulated debris over time. Would love to hear if that's something you're starting to feel or if it's still down the road.
